2024/2025 North Middlesex Minor Hockey Registration

Registration Payments can be made by cheque (payable to NMDMHA), Cash, and E-transfer.  There will be a $50.00 fee applied to any NSF cheque, failure to comply could result in delay of player participating.

Refund/Withdrawal Policy  

All requests for refunds/player withdrawals must be in writing addressed to the President (e-mail preferred).

All refund requests are approved by the President and are subject to verification of payment by the NMMHA Treasurer. Any refunded amounts are issued via cheque by the NMMHA Treasurer to name on the player account. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing of refunds.

 

Refunds:

Registration refunds will not be issued until after the season start, pending verification of payments from financial institutions. If the player withdraws from the NMMHA program, the amount of refund depends on when the written request was RECEIVED by the NMMHA President:

Before September 15th:

85% of Registration Fee
Before October 1st:

65% of Registration Fee
Before November 1st:

40% of Registration Fee

Before Decemeber 1st:

15% of Registration Fee

After December 31st – No Refund
