Registration Registration for the 2024-2025 season is set to open July 15, 2024 and will close August 16, 2024.&nbsp; Registration and payment will be online only using the Hockey Canada registration and payment system.&nbsp; This system accepts payment via credit card only.&nbsp; The options remain of payment in full or the 3 payment plan.&nbsp; When registering you will not be able to continue until you choose a payment plan of choice.&nbsp; If paying in full you will be prompted to enter your credit card information and pay for the item(s) in your cart.&nbsp; If you choose to pay using the 3 payment plan, you will also be prompted to enter your credit card information and the payments will automatically come out on the dates indicated in the fee breakdown below.&nbsp; Please note if you don't have a credit card and want to register your child please issue an email to clippersvicepresident@gmail.com<a href="mailto:Clippericesports@gmail.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"></a>.&nbsp;
Refund Policy 
CIS will provide refunds to members who do not wish to continue&nbsp;playing hockey. To be eligible for a refund, please contact CIS via email.

The CIS Board have the discretion to accept and process late filed refund applications but reserve the right to apply additional fees.&nbsp;
 Respect in Sport Hockey Manitoba has implemented the mandatory online&nbsp;Respect in Sport "Parent Program".&nbsp; In order for a child to be eligible to play on a sanctioned Hockey Manitoba team, this online course must be completed by at least one parent or legal guardian of any minor hockey player.&nbsp; The&nbsp;RIS Parent Program&nbsp;is separate from the&nbsp;RIS Coach/Manager&nbsp;certification and therefore&nbsp;must&nbsp;be completed regardless of whether you have taken the&nbsp;RIS Coach&nbsp;certification in the past.&nbsp; This online program only takes about 1 hour to complete and the cost is $12 plus GST.&nbsp; Please make sure to add all of your children (who will be registering for hockey) to your&nbsp;RIS Parent Program&nbsp;profile.&nbsp; Go to&nbsp;<a href="https://hmbparent.respectgroupinc.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://hmbparent.respectgroupinc.com/</a> to complete the program.

Evaluations are mandatory for all U9 - U15 players. Evaluation fees are $75 per player and are in excess of the fees outlined in the table above. These fees are payable at the time of registration.

New this season - U9 registration fees outlined in the table above include the U9 extended season. There will not be an extended season fee payable later in the season this year.

If your child is trying out for a team outside of CIS (high school, AA/AAA regional teams), please indicate this in the comments field of their registration and select CHEQUE as method of payment. Please let CIS know before September 30th if your child will be playing with CIS or not.&nbsp;

&nbsp;CIS has two main fundraisers during the season.

Cash Calendars - every family is required to sell 10 cash calendar raffle tickets at a cost of $20 each for a total of $200. Team managers will communicate further information once the season is underway.

Tournaments - CIS hosts tournaments for U9 -U18 age groups. Parents are expected to work a minimum of three volunteer shifts at their child&rsquo;s respective tournament.
