Only participants residing within the boundaries of the Nepean Minor Hockey Association (NMHA) may register using this service. If you are unsure of whether you reside in those boundaries, please check the online interactive tool at HEO Interactive Maps or contact the NMHA at office@nepeanminorhockey.ca.
Any participant with an outstanding balance owing from a prior season must pay that balance in full before registering for the next season
The NMHA reserves the right to refuse registration, at its absolute discretion.

- All fees must be paid according to the NMHA fee schedule, which can be found on the NMHA web site
- There is a discounted registration fee for a fourth child registered from the one family. The online system will apply that discount only if all four are registered in the same session and transaction. Any other situation will require manual intervention by NMHA Office Staff.
- The registration fee includes games, basic practices, and administrative costs related to the NMHA. Each team will set its own budget and may assess further fees to the participant as required. These costs could include among others: extra practice or off-ice training, tournaments.

The NMHA accepts only Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, or MasterCard Debit payments for online registration, either as a single full payment or under the installment terms indicated during the registration process.
Refunds may be issued under the terms of the NMHA Refund Policy, which is available at NMHA web site
