50% of Registration Fee is due at registration, All registration fee is due September 1, 2023.&nbsp;
Those who are applying for funding such as Jump Start/Muskoka Children's foundation are to select external payment and contact Muskoka Rock Registrar.
Refund Policy
1.0 Refunds will be given when the Muskoka Rock Executive is notified in writing that a player will no longer be participating, and the decision will be based on the following guidelines:
a) Players of any age bracket will receive a full refund less $50 administration fee is they decide not to continue playing anytime before October 1.
b) A return player who leaves to play a higher level of hockey (ie AAA, junior) will receive a pro-rated refund. Tryout fees are not refundable.
c) Any player who quits between October 1, but before October 31st, will receive a 50% refund.
d) Players who quit after October 31st, but before November 30th, will receive a 30% refund.
e) After December 1st, there will be no refunds.
f) If a player experiences a season ending injury, a refund shall be granted in accordance with the Muskoka Rock Refund Policy.
2.0 For the purpose if calculating refunds, the fee will be the sum of registration fees, Rep fees, and any other league fees. Team tournament fees and tryout fees are not to be included in this refund.
3.0 Refunds required due to player movement (or any other situation not envisioned by this Policy) will be at the discretion of the Executive, and shall be decided upon within 30 days of notification. Refunds required due to a player leaving Muskoka Rock Minor Hockey becausethe parent is relocating outside of the geographical area will be paid on a pro-rated basis within 30 days of moving.
4.0 Refunds can be obtained only upon the return of sweaters or any equipment belonging to Muskoka Rock Minor Hockey. All outstanding balances with Muskoka Rock must also be brought up to date.
