The registration costs due to CS MRO are divided into three (3) distinct sections:

<li>Affiliation Fee (includes the protocol fee for CS, QS, ARS LSL and CS MRO)</li>
<li>Equipment Fee</li>
<li>Activity Fee</li>
</ul>
