1. Volunteer fees are $100 and are included in registration fees this year. They may be refunded end of season if:

<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: -13.5pt; line-height: normal;">&nbsp; &nbsp; Team has returned equipment/jerseys in good order.</li>

NOTE: Families will pay $100 volunteer fee per player to a maximum of three players.&nbsp; Please contact registrar@lambethminorhockey.com if this applies so we can issue a refund.
2.&nbsp; Refund/Withdrawal Policy
All requests for refund or player withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Registrar at&nbsp;<a href="mailto:registrar@lambethminorhockey.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">registrar@lambethminorhockey.com</a> and are:
