Terms and Conditions

Payments are to be made in full by August 26, 2022.  Your player(s) will not be allowed on the ice until payment is made. 

Fees can be mailed to the address below or dropped off in the MMHA drop box at the North Simcoe Recreation Centre outside of the customer service office.

NSF Cheques or Any Returned Cheques

You will be charged $30.00 on any return cheque.  Payment must be made in E-TRANSFER/CERTIFIED CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER for the returned cheque plus the NSF charge and the balance owing on any other cheques etc. issued to MMHA before the player is allowed on the ice.

Financial Assistance

The same also applies to players applying for financial assistance.  There are several sources for financial assistance available in our area. If you have applied for assistance please make sure you send a post-dated cheque to hold your spot. Once we have recieved confirmation of financial assistance we will then mark your cheque as VOID.

Please be advised that it is the parent's/guardian's responsibilty to arrange payments to the MMHA.  The MMHA cannot coordinate arrangements for financial assistance payments with third party organizations.  Player registration fee must be paid in full prior to first skate/practice of the 2022/2023 season. NO EXCEPTIONS!

April 29, 2022 - 5 Cheques

May 29, 2022 - 4 Cheques

June 29, 2022 - 3 Cheques

July 29, 2022 - 2 Cheques

August 26, 2022 - 1 Cheque

Refund Policy 

All refunds are subject to a $50.00 Adminstration Charge which includes insurance fees.  

All medical and other refunds must be requested by Parent/Guardian before the end of the current playing season. 

All refunds are pro-rated once the season starts for players signing with OHL, OHA, AAA, AA or A clubs.

NO refunds after (October 31, 2022) except for medical reasons.

NO refunds on REP, A/E, Select or Development fees

Other requests for refunds in special circumstances will be at the descretion of the Executive.

Playoffs are not counted in the proration of any of the refunds.

Medical refunds will not be given once regular season has ended.

Medical refunds will only be considered once the proper documentation is received from a certified Doctor. Ie. Doctors note.

All NEW players must send in a copy of their child's birth certificate, proof of address and have their Respect in Sport Parent course completed before they are allowed on the ice.
