2024-2025 MDHA House League Registration

Payment: Registration and participation in the MDHA is subject to your payment of the stipulated fees, which are payable to the MDHA in CAD by credit card. Credit card payments are processed through SportsPay (by QuickEnrollment). You represent and warrant that the credit card/bank account you provide SportsPay is your credit card, that you have the necessary authority and you hereby authorize the MDHA to charge the Fees to the credit card. MDHA accepts no liability or responsibility for payment errors or issues through SportsPay, but commits to assisting registrants in the resolution process with SportsPay for any such errors or issue. 

Registration: It is understood that any money received as part of this transaction will be applied to any existing liability owed to MDHA. The remainder will be applied to this year's registration fees. The player(s) listed will not be registered until all past due balances and the upcoming season's fees are paid in full. By registering, you agree to fulfill any course obligations set forth by the MDHA Board of Directors. The parent or guardian authorizing this transaction is the individual responsible for any and all financial obligations associated with the 2024-2025 season. In the event that the individual authorizing this transaction is not the player(s) parent or guardian, the individual listed as Parent/Guardian (1) in the Hockey Canada Registry will be the individual responsible for any and all financial obligations associated with the 2024-2025 season.

Refunds: A player wishing to withdraw prior to participation in a team practice or game will receive a full refund less a $50 admin fee. Refunds after the season has started, but prior to Oct 31, will be pro-rated and less a $50 admin fee. After Nov 1 no refunds will be issued. All requests for a refund must be recieved by the MDHA registrar using the MDHA Refund Request Form (available on the website). Exceptions to this refund policy and/or use of credits in lieu of refunds are the discretion of the MDHA Board. Requests for an exception are to be received in writing (email is acceptable) by the MDHA registrar.

Late Registration: Pro-rated registration fees will only be considered once 25% of the season games have already been played and only in exceptional circumstances.  Exceptions to this late registration policy are at the discretion of the MDHA Board and requests are to be received in writing (email is acceptable) by the MDHA registrar.
