Refund Policy:
Players wanting to register with MMHA must complete an online registration form. Registrations taken after Sept 10 are susceptible to a Late Fee Penalty and will be placed on a waiting list until player numbers, number of teams and coaching staff have been assessed. Late registered players from outside Melfort centre are not guaranteed spots with MMHA teams.
The exception is allowed for returning AA tryout players. All requested refunds after Sept 10th but before the player takes to the first ice with the team are subject to minimum $75 administrative fee plus any Hockey Sask fees paid. A release may not be granted. Refund requests following the first ice with the team will not be considered for any reason (ie. injury, illness, etc&hellip;) other than player released to play a higher level of hockey or a player move with parent to another association as per Hockey Sask guidelines.
Those who are supplemented by other sources (Kidsport, Band, etc.) will be responsible for applying and collecting the fees from those sources. Melfort Minor Hockey will not be responsible for collecting fees from outside sources. **Registration deadlines apply.
Any or each fee that is paid to MMHA for any MMHA program and is returned as NSF or for any other reason will be subject to a minimum $50 administration fee. MMHA reserves the right to deny the child any participation in all MMHA activities until all fees are paid.
Late Registration: Registration forms not received by Sept 10th will be subject to an additional $250 late fee (some exception apply) All registrations received after Sept 10th will be pending and are not guaranteed a spot on a team.&nbsp;
