Volunteer Registration - Bench Staff

I understand that there may be certification requirements that are required for my volunteer position. I understand that the Markham Waxers reimburse for all certifications required for my rostered position.

I certify that I will obtain all required certifications, including a Police Vulnerable Sector Check, no later than September 1, 2025. Failure to fulfill certification requirements may lead to my dismissal.
