Waxers House League Terms & Conditions
New Players
New players must be set up with an HCR profile by the Waxers administration prior to registering.
Registration Completion
Participants are not allowed to participate in any form until registration fees are paid in full, proof of age and residency has been received, and Parent Respect in Sport is linked to the player profile.
Payment Due Date
All payments must be made at the time of registration. If you select the installment plan, you will pay half the registration fee at the time of registration and installment payments will be taken from your credit card on the scheduled dates.
Payment Options
Payments can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, or MasterCard. Personal cheques will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of a completed Registration Fee Refund Request. Please allow up to four weeks for processing your refund.
Refunds will not be granted for games lost due to injuries, illnesses or vacation. Any request arising as a result of an injury that prohibits a player from playing for the remainder of the season must be submitted within 30-days of the date of the injury.
Note: This refund policy applies to all refunds for house league, including players who make a Waxers rep team after registering for house league.
There is a $50.00 processing fee on all refund requests and an additional $25.00 fee if your fees were paid with the installments option. The balance of the refund is based on the date the Application for Refund form is received. If sweaters and socks have been received by your child, $45.00 will be deducted from your refund.
