Terms & Conditions
This registration, when completed, confirms the player’s commitment to accepting a position on the Markham Waxers team to which they are registering. I understand that having committed to this team, I can no longer attend evaluations for any other OHF team.
All Markham Waxers participants and their familis agree to abide by all Hockey Canada, OHF, OMHA, ETA, YSMHL, and Markham Waxers policies, by-laws, rules regulations and codes of conduct.
