Payment Terms

$100 per player deposit is due at time of registration.  

No Association member will be allowed on the ice until his/her registration fees are paid in full or acceptable arrangements have been made. Any Player that has paid and withdraws prior to September 1st is eligible for a refund, including fundraising fees where applicable.   Between September 1 and November 1, refunds will  be issued at the discretion of the Executive.  No fundraising fees will be refunded.  After Dec. 1st no refund will be issuedIn the case of a player being forced to resign due to illness or injury or special circumstance, the current Executive Committee will determine the amount of the refund depending on the circumstances . Any player who signs on for representative team under a PTS (Permission to Skate), NRP (Non Residcen Player) or 3.5 Release will be eligible for a full refund with no date restrictiosn listed above.  Refunds will not be made If a player is currently under suspension or is awaiting disciplinary action by the Executive or an association league.
