If you wish to attend AAA tryouts, you must first register here with LMH.&nbsp; You will be required to submit a PTS (Permission to Skate Form) to the AAA center upon signup.&nbsp;
If you wish to attend AA-A tryouts, you must first register here with LMH. You will be required to submit an NRP to the AA-A center upon signup.
You can request the PTS or NRP from the OMHA Rep on the Lucan Minor Hockey Board.&nbsp; Please email omharep@lucanminorhockey.net to acquire your form.
