Any player desiring to terminate his/her participation in activities held by the Montreal Orioles baseball organization must submit a request for reimbursement by email requesting approval
- If the request is received after the day uniforms are distributed, no fees will be reimbursed
- In the event of injury, a non-refundable fee equivalent to 50% of the registration cost will be withheld plus a prorated fee for the season. In any case, platform fees and credit fees will not be refunded and the Montreal Orioles organization reserves the right to analyze all refund requests.
