HOUSELEAGUE TRADES - All efforts will be made not to move players once they have been placed on a particular team, unless it is deemed to be in the best interest of the player, the team and/or the division. The Trade Deadline for the 2023/2024 Season is November 15, 2023

 

Respect in Sports for Parents must be complete before the start of the season.  Failure to complete this program will result in your participant not being assigned to a team.

Balances from last season must be paid in full before your participant is allowed on the ice in the fall.  Please contact the Registion Director to make payment arrangements if neccsaary.

Payment throught PLAYPAY.ca must be received in full before your partcipant is allowed on the ice.  Please contact the Registration Director to make payment arrangements if neccessary.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelling before the season starts, A $50 admininstration fee will be charged.                              General Refunds will only be given between the start of the Season and November 1, 2023          Medical refunds will be issued until December 15, 2023 with LMHA Board of Approval and required documentation.  All refunds will be prorated based on the number of weeks the player is on the ice.
