HOUSELEAGUE TRADES - All efforts will be made not to move players once they have been placed on a particular team, unless it is deemed to be in the best interest of the player, the team and/or the division. The Trade Deadline for the 2024/2025 Season is November 15, 2024

Respect in Sports for Parents must be complete before the start of the season.&nbsp; Failure to complete this program will result in your participant not being assigned to a team.
Balances from last season must be paid in full before your participant is allowed on the ice in the fall.&nbsp; Please contact the Registion Director to make payment arrangements if neccsaary.
Payment throught PLAYPAY.ca must be received in full before your partcipant is allowed on the ice.&nbsp; Please contact the Registration Director to make payment arrangements if neccessary.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelling before the season starts, A $50 admininstration fee will be charged.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; General Refunds will only be given between the start of the Season and November 1, 2023&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Medical refunds will be issued until December 15, 2023 with LMHA Board of Approval and required documentation.&nbsp; All refunds will be prorated based on the number of weeks the player is on the ice.
