Terms and Conditions
By registering with the LaSalle Soccer Club, you become eligible to take part in the offered referee activities (on field trainings, online workshops..etc) sanctioned by the Soccer du Québec and/or Lac Saint-Louis Regional Soccer Association and you commit yourself to respect the regulations and the Code of Conduct Policy.
The member certifies that the registration information is accurate.
Notice: In the event of any inconsistency in the Terms and Conditions, the English version will prevail.
Terms: If the member is under 14, a parent or legal guardian must sign the application form.
Conditions: The registered participant will behave appropriately with all parties involved and respect the code of conduct established. No violence, physical, verbal, psychological or otherwise, any form of intimidation will be tolerated on or off the field.
I authorize the LaSalle Soccer Club to use photos or videos filmed during the different services offered for the purpose of promoting the LaSalle Soccer Club's services (examples: social media outlets, website, magazines, brochures, newspapers, television, etc.).
