Terms and Conditions

By registering with the LaSalle Soccer Club, you become eligible to take part in the activities sanctioned by the Fédération de soccer du Québec and/or Lac Saint-Louis Regional Soccer Association and you commit yourself to respect the regulations and the Code of Conduct Policy. The member certifies that the registration information is accurate.

Notice: In the event of any inconsistency in the Terms and Conditions, the English version will prevail.

Terms: If the member is under 14, a parent or legal guardian must sign the application form.

Conditions:

• The registered participant will behave appropriately with all parties involved. No violence, physical, verbal, psychological or otherwise, any form of intimidation will be tolerated.
• The registered participant will take care of the facilities and equipment that is provided. Any fines incurred or broken equipment caused by the registered participant shall be reimbursed by the player, parent and/or guardian.
• The LaSalle Soccer Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrolment of a registered participant who continues to undermine the legitimate operation of the summer soccer league, camp, academy, winter indoor soccer and goalkeeping services. 
• If a player requests to be released from the club, a $30.00 fee is charged to the player to cover the costs from ARS Lac St. Louis.

I authorize the LaSalle Soccer Club to use photos or videos filmed during the different services offered for the purpose of promoting the LaSalle Soccer Club's services (examples: social media outlets, website, magazines, brochures, newspapers, television, etc.).

The registered participant and the parents/guardians will be liable for any comment, photo, video or any other offensive or inappropriate content distributed on the Internet or Social Media, which occurred during the clubs’ services.

Health Insurances are covered through the Medicare Card.

The LaSalle Soccer Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen objects and has full authority and reserves the right to move players in order to balance teams at any time.

 

Refund Policy

Prior to the start of an activity: All refund requests will be accepted prior to the start of an activity, however, please note that the Club Affiliation fees of $21.70 are non-refundable. Activity fees (as well as LSL, Soccer Québec and Soccer Canada Affiliation fees will be 100% refunded.

After the start of an activity: A refund request in writing may be submitted up to two weeks after an activity has started. The $60 Club, ARS LSL, Soccer Québec and Soccer Canada Affiliation fees are non-refundable once the activity has started. If a request is submitted for medical/health reasons, a physician’s note must be submitted with the refund request. If an uniform has been supplied, the cost will be deducted from the refund. 

All approved refund requests will be prorated based on the activity length and when the refund request was received. Refund request may take up to 4 weeks to be processed.
