As stipulated by the Consumer Protection Office, a member may, at any time and at his discretion, terminate a registration contract with the soccer club by means of a notice of request for reimbursement written to this effect.

The club reserves the right to cancel or modify a program (location, schedule, number of weeks) if the number of participants, educators, referees and/or volunteers proves insufficient or if an unforeseen event occurs.

All refund requests will be calculated taking into account the number of weeks of the program.

Cancellation by the member before the start of the program

If you cancel your registration before the start of the program, the cancellation is carried out without cost or penalty to the member.

Cancellation by the member after the start of the program

If the program has started, you must pay these three (3) amounts:

• administrative costs which include affiliation fees (Soccer Canada, Soccer Québec and ARS) and costs for equipment provided;
• the cost of activities already attended (do not delay in sending us the reimbursement request because all activities provided by the club will be considered as activities attended);
• a penalty provided for by law. This penalty corresponds to the lesser of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the price of the activities that were not followed.
