According to consumer law, you can cancel your registration at any time.
You will have to pay a penalty if the course has started. Before the start of the first activity the total amount will be refunded to you. No penalty will be applied.
After the start of the first activity. If the lessons have started, you will have to pay these 3 amounts:
<ul>
<li>Uniform fee (non-refundable)</li>
<li>The cost corresponding to the service already offered (including affiliation fees)</li>
<li>A penalty provided by law. This penalty corresponds to the smaller of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the price of the remaining sessions.</li>
</ul>
An example: you have registered for a series of 10 sessions. You want to cancel your registration after 2 sessions. Since the courses cost a total of $300, you will have to pay $60 for the 2 courses taken + approximately 50$ of affiliation fees (depending on the category). You will also have to pay a penalty of $24, which corresponds to 10% of the price of the remaining sessions ans uniforms fee if you have received it. No reimbursement of surcharges for advanced teams since they are fixed costs.

Only the date of receipt of your request by CSLN will be used to calculate the reimbursement.
