LdBMHA 2024-2025 Season Registration

Please ensure that the email address used during registration is an updated and accurate email address, as all communication from the LdBMHA will be sent to this email address. Please update your contact information within your Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) profile if needed.

PAYMENT POLICY:

LdBMHA On-line registration payment options:

1. Full Payment - your credit card will automatically be charged for the full amount of the registration fees and fundraising bond upon completion of the registration process. A receipt will be emailed to you from Hockey Canada as well as SportsPay (our payment processing company) to confirm that the payment has been received.

2. Installments – All registrations will be charged a minimum 25% deposit that will be taken automatically at the time of registration. After the 25% deposit is paid at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be split evenly between the 2 remaining installments. Credit cards will automatically be billed on October 1st and November 1st. A receipt will be emailed to you from Hockey Canada as well as SportsPay (our payment processing company) each time your credit card is charged, to confirm that payment has been received.

If you choose to pay in installments, this is the payment schedule:

• • • 25% of all fees at the time of registration
    • October 1, 2024 - 50% of the remaining balance from registration
    • November 1, 2024 - 50% of the remaining balance from registration

Cheques and E-transfers are no longer being accepted for registration and fundraising fees.

PARENT RESPECT IN SPORT:

All registered players are required to have ONE PARENT complete the Parent Respect in Sport online program by October 15, 2024. If you completed the course in a previous year, there is no need to repeat it as they do not expire.

This is mandatory and a directive by Hockey Manitoba. If this is not completed by the deadline, the player registration will be suspended and removed from the team roster.

LdBMHA Game Jerseys, Game Socks and Name Bars: 

Game Jerseys: Each player will be given a complete set of home and away LdB Lightning jerseys to be worn for games only. Practice jerseys (not provided by LdBMH) are to be worn during practice. Game Jerseys are to be returned no later than April 1, 2025.

Game Socks: All players are required to wear matching game socks for ALL games.  Socks are provided for U7 & U9 players. Returning U11, U13 & U15 players can purchase new socks if needed through the online player registration or use their socks from last year if they still fit and are in good condition.

Name Bars: An order will be placed for name bars through Keystone Sports in Selkirk. Please let your team manager know if you require a name bar to be ordered.
