Please ensure that the email address used during registration is an updated and accurate email address, as all communication from the LdBMHA will be sent to this email address. Please update your contact information within your&nbsp;<a href="https://myaccount.spordle.com/login?c=hockey-canada" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hockey Canada Registry (HCR)</a> profile if needed.
PAYMENT POLICY:&nbsp;
LdBMHA On-line registration payment options:
1.&nbsp;Full Payment - your credit card will automatically be charged for the full amount of the registration fees and fundraising bond upon completion of the registration process. A receipt will be emailed to you from Hockey Canada as well as SportsPay (our payment processing company) to confirm that the payment has been received.
2. Installments &ndash; All registrations will be charged a minimum 25% deposit that will be taken automatically at the time of registration. After the 25% deposit is paid at the time of registration. The remaining balance will be split evenly between the 2 remaining installments. Credit cards will automatically be billed on October 1st and November 1st. A receipt will be emailed to you from Hockey Canada as well as SportsPay (our payment processing company) each time your credit card is charged, to confirm that payment has been received.
If you choose to pay in installments, this is the payment schedule:

<li>25% of all fees at the time of registration</li>
<li>October 1, 2024 - 50% of the remaining balance from registration</li>
<li>November 1, 2024 - 50% of the remaining balance from registration</li>
</ul>
Cheques and E-transfers are no longer being accepted for registration and fundraising fees.

*** PARENT RESPECT IN SPORT:
All registered players are required to have ONE PARENT complete the Parent Respect in Sport online program by November 1st, 2024. If you completed the course in a previous year, there is no need to repeat it as they do not expire.
This is mandatory and a directive by Hockey Manitoba. At the 2015 Semi Annual meeting, Hockey Manitoba&rsquo;s Board of Directors approved the following motion:
Certification for the Respect in Sport for Parents program must be obtained by at least one parent or legal guardian of any minor hockey player on a Hockey Manitoba roster by November 1st.&nbsp; Should certification not be obtained&nbsp;by November 1st, the minor hockey player will be ineligible to participate in any Hockey Manitoba sanctioned activity until one parent or legal guardian is certified. Teamlinkt:
LdBMHA uses the Teamlinkt app to connect parents/players with their teammates, Coaches and Manager. It is also used to inform parents of their practice and game schedules.&nbsp;
LdBMHA Game Jerseys, Game Socks and Name Bars:&nbsp;
Game Jerseys: Each player will be given a complete set of home and away LdB Lightning jerseys to be worn for games only. Practice jerseys (not provided by LdBMH) are to be worn during practice. Game Jerseys are to be returned no later than April 1, 2025.
Game Socks: All players are required to wear matching game socks for ALL games and available to purchase through LdBMHA.
Fundraising: Players registered with LdBMHA are required to fundraise during the Hockey Season. For the 2024-2025 Hockey Season, an $80 fundraising bond is required for each player and was added to your Hockey Fees during registration. LdBMHA will be providing each player with tickets to sell, in which you will be given an opportunity to receive a reimbursement for your fundraising bond.
Team Pictures: Picture Day for all LdBMH Teams will be held on Wednesday November 20th and will start at 5:30pm. Further details and specific times for each team will be forwarded to the individual teams by the team managers.
Tournaments: Tournaments are entered as a team decision and will be selected at the beginning of the season. Fees for tournaments are not included in your registration fees.
