Online Payment Terms

The Online Payment Terms constitute a contract between you and Knights of Columbus Hockey Associtaion (KC Hockey). Please read them carefully. To make payment using KC Hockey's online service, you must accept the Terms and Waivers. All payments using KC Hockey's online credit card facilities are subject to the following conditions.

• KC Hockey accepts Mastercard and Visa cards only.
• You are 18 years of age or over.
• You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these Terms.
• The credit card used in connection with the Services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use the credit card.
• You will pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the services.
• The information supplied by you is true and correct.

When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in Canadian funds. All funds are debited to Knights of Columbus Hockey Association.

• If successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment.
• If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. KC Hockey will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.

Knights of Columbus Hockey Association's Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time.

Refund Policy

1. A player will forfeit a minimum $100 administration fee if they quit or transfer to another association before team placement.
2. A player will not receive a refund if they quit  following team placement.
3. There will be no refund for "late registration" fees.
4. If a player leaves through Elite Player Movement (2nd tryout process) they will receive a full registration refund, minus any camp/tryout fees, after confirmation of team placement.
5. Injured players, who will still be playing in the season, need to pay in full - regardless of when they will return to the ice.
6. If a player is injured and will not be able to return in that season, that player may receive a pro-rated refund according to the length of time he/she has played but each case will be judged on an individual basis and is at the discretion of the KC Board of Directors. Application for refund must be made in writing with injury details and supporting evidence to the KC Office at [email protected]. 
7. If eligible for refund and fees are paid by credit card, your credit card will be refunded. If fees are paid by cash or e-transfer, you will be refunded by e-transfer.
