<li>CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS
<ul>
<li>At the time of registration, you have the option to pay by credit card in full, or in 4 installments.</li>
<li>If you choose to pay in installments, this is the payment schedule:
<ul>
<li>25% of all fees at the time of registration</li>
<li>September 15, 2024 - 34% of the remaining balance from registration</li>
<li>October 15, 2024 - 33% of the remaining balance from registration</li>
<li>November 15, 2024 - 33 % of the remaining balance from registration</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Cheques and E-transfers are no longer being accepted for registration and fundraising fees</li>

<li>EVALUATIONS 
<ul>
<li>Evaluations are optional but required if you want your child to have the chance to play on the A or B teams. Any players who do not attend evaluations will automatically be placed on the C team (unless players need to be shuffled to reach required team minimums).</li>
<li>Registration is mandatory to participate.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>GOALIES 
<ul>
<li>Goalies who register for U11, U13, and U15 receive a 25% discount</li>
<li>To qualify for goalie registration, the player must be committed to trying out as a goalie and playing in net throughout the season.</li>
<li>The player must also have his/her own goalie equipment.</li>
</ul>

REFUNDS
<ul>
<li aria-level="2">
There will be no refunds issued after December 1, unless approved by the IDCMHA Executive.&nbsp;
</li>
<li aria-level="2">
Special consideration may be given for medical, relocation, or compassionate grounds, at the Executive's discretion.
</li>
<li aria-level="2">
Refunds prior to December 1st will be given on a monthly pro-rated basis and will incur a $50 refund fee.
</li>
