2024-2025 IDCMHA Season Registration

1. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS
   • At the time of registration, you have the option to pay by credit card in full, or in 4 installments.
   • If you choose to pay in installments, this is the payment schedule:
     • 25% of all fees at the time of registration
     • September 15, 2024 - 34% of the remaining balance from registration
     • October 15, 2024 - 33% of the remaining balance from registration
     • November 15, 2024 - 33 % of the remaining balance from registration
   • Cheques and E-transfers are no longer being accepted for registration and fundraising fees
   • If certain circumstances prohibit you from paying by credit card, please contact the registrar at [email protected]
2. EVALUATIONS
   
   • Evaluations are optional but required if you want your child to have the chance to play on the A or B teams. Any players who do not attend evaluations will automatically be placed on the C team (unless players need to be shuffled to reach required team minimums).
   • Registration is mandatory to participate. 
3. GOALIES
   
   • Goalies who register for U11, U13, and U15 receive a 25% discount
   • To qualify for goalie registration, the player must be committed to trying out as a goalie and playing in net throughout the season.
   • The player must also have his/her own goalie equipment.

4. REFUNDS

   • There will be no refunds issued after December 1, unless approved by the IDCMHA Executive. 

   • Special consideration may be given for medical, relocation, or compassionate grounds, at the Executive's discretion.

   • Refunds prior to December 1st will be given on a monthly pro-rated basis and will incur a $50 refund fee.
