Terms and Conditions for Prep Skates

Welcome to Huron Perth Lakers Prep Skates! By participating in our prep skate services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview
Mixed age group prep skates will consist of skill sessions over the course of two days to help skaters improve their skills and technique. 

2. Eligibility
In order to attend Prep Skates, participants must be registered with the Huron Perth Lakers for the 2024-2025 season. 

3. Flat Fee 
Please note that the fee for Prep Skates is a flat fee. This fee is not dependent on the number of skates attended or the number of sessions a participant partakes in. The flat fee covers all prep skate sessions and is due at the time of registration.

4. Optional Sessions
These prep skate sessions are completely optional and do not affect or impact the tryout process. Participation in these sessions is for individual skill development and is not a requirement for the Huron Perth Lakers tryouts.

5. Payment Terms
All fees for Prep Skates are required to be paid in full prior to hitting the ice. Payments can be made by credit card at time of registration.

6. Session Attendance
Once payment has been made, there are no refunds or adjustments for missed sessions. The flat fee is applicable regardless of attendance. It is the responsibility of the participant to attend the scheduled sessions.

7. Participant Conduct
Participants must adhere to all rules and regulations provided by the Prep Skates staff during sessions. Disruptive behavior or failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in removal from the session without a refund.

8. Liability and Safety
Huron Perth Lakers is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during or after the session. 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Huron Perth Lakers reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
