Commitment to Leadership
I agree to act in accordance with GTHL, NYHL and Willowdale House League Rules. I agree to ensure that my accreditation for my role is completed and a Vulnerable Sector Screen police check is on file with the OHF.
I further agree to be a positive role model to the players and player families and to act as an ambassador for the Willowdale organization.
