PLAYERS 2024-25 Learn to Play and House League Registration

Payment for ALL Players is either in FULL now at registration, or $100 per player non-refundable/non-transferable deposit at registration with the balance due by September 3rd. Registration will be incomplete and the fee will not be locked in until either the full or $100 per player payment is received.

Willowdale Hockey accepts payments:

-  EmailTransfer payments to [email protected]  these are NOT autodeposited, if you see autodeposit please check the email address.  Please use the last 6 digits of the invoice number as your password.

-  Using PayPal from the PAYPAL icon on the Payments link under House League on the website.  The default is $100, just change this to the right $ amount for your registration. ie $200 for 2 player deposits, or the $$ amount on the invoice.

-  Cheques payable to WILLOWDALE SPORTS CLUB should be mailed to Willowdale Sports Club, 543-3299 Bayview Ave, Toronto ON M2K 2Y5

For all of the above, you will receive a receipt from Hockey Canada <[email protected]> when the payment is accepted to your child's account. 

Refund and NSF payment policy:

-      Fully paid fees are refundable to Sept 4th with a $50 admin fee and until October 3rd (5pm) at 50%. Once a player has participated there is no refund. If your child makes a Willowdale A/AA team before participating in House League, your fees  will be paid in full to the A/AA team on your behalf.

-      Where a $100 per player deposit has been paid, it is not refundable or transferable but guarantees your price and spot. The balance is due Sept 1st to complete the registration. If your child makes a Willowdale A/AA team before participating in House League, the $100 will be paid to the A/AA team on your behalf.

-      No refunds will be paid after October 3rd; a charge of $25 applies to all NSF payments.

 

The House League Committee will, at its sole discretion, provide relief in the case of season ending injury or other circumstance. 

In the event that our program is shut down by Toronto Public Health, Ontario or Hockey Canada/OHF or GTHL a credit/refund will be provided depending on timing.
