House League Registration 2024-25

REFUND POLICY 2024-25 (NO EXCEPTIONS) Refunds will only be given to those with written requests to the Registrar (registrar@whmha.org)  $50 Admin fee will apply to any refunds granted by the league.  There will be NO REFUNDS on or after Nov 1st . Once the season starts, WHMHA may be required to modify or suspend our programming due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: Directives from local, provincial, federal governments or corresponding health autorities.   Changes in rules, regulations, insurance coverage or other issues insituted by our governing hockey bodies, Ice facilities becoming unusable temporarily or permanently due to unforseen circumstances, emergency closures, fires, mechanical failures, labour disruption, or weather-related events (Force Majeure).  Any scheudule disruptions resulting in lost games/practices may not be rescheduled or reimbursed. WHMHA will make every effort to respond to and mitigate the impact of any unforseen circumstances as they arise. ONLY in the event of a forced facility closure and reliant upon the City refunding ice permits to West Hill, WHMHA may be able to provide refunds to an extent where it is practical. All refunds are subject to $50-$100 administration fee.
