Refund policy

Please note the following timelines that apply to refund requests:

·         Refunds requested prior to the start of the season will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

·         Up to two weeks after the start of the season, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

·         Two weeks after the start of the season, all registration fees are non-refundable. 

NOTE: If the season is unable to begin and is cancelled by the Scarborough Ice Raiders, a full refund of all fees collected for the S.H.A. will be issued.
