Cs HSC Saison d'été (2023)

All our members are entitled to their reimbursement. First, note that the payment related to a registration will be 100% refunded if the activity does not take place or if the category is not ultimately offered by the club during the season concerned. For any other reimbursement, be sure to read the following statements to avoid any misunderstanding.

Any request for reimbursement must be sent by email to info@soccer-hsc.qc.ca or in writing by mail to 2200, rue de la Faune (Québec) G3E 1K6. The date of receipt of the refund request refers to the following date: In the case of email, it is the date of receipt of the email. For mailing, we refer to the postmark.

The refund request can only be applied if it meets the dates set out below. No refund will be made if false information is provided when requesting a refund.

The amount paid for the “Équilibrium” program is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If the refund request is made before the start of the activities, the refund will correspond to the initial amount paid for the registration less the administration fee of $25 and credit card fees if applicable. If the refund request is made after the start of the activities, the refund will correspond to the initial amount paid for the registration less the administration fee of $25, less the credit card fees, less the affiliation fees that the club must pay to the league (these fees are visible on the ARSQ website in the ARSQ/ADMINISTRATION/Table of fees tab) and minus a deduction proportional to the duration of the activity.

The refund period will end 2 weeks after the start of the activities.

Online registration: Administration fees and transaction fees collected by the online payment platform are non-refundable.

Dates of issue of reimbursement checks: The 30th of the month, which will follow the reimbursement period. If the payment was made on the Internet, the refund will be issued to the credit card used during the transaction.

Equipment: The purchase of Club equipment is final. Not exchangeable or refundable!
