Terms and Conditions

All Hockey Canada, OHF, OMHA, CDMHA and Haldimand County rules and conditions must be adhered to by all players and parents/guardians. While attending any hockey games, practices or any hockey related event, all players, parents/guardians are expected to act in a respectful manner. I understand that failure to comply with this may result in disciplinary action

All registration payments must be paid in full, or installments arranged prior to participation in any on-ice activity.

Payments can be made by: 

• credit card at the time of online registration OR
• E-transfer to [email protected] – use “Cayuga” for security question answer. ** Be sure to include Player name(s) and their Division(s) in the comments box. 

Refund Policy:

If a player terminates participation of their own volition, after the season starts (first CDMHA ice rental) via a written request to the Registrar, their registration fee will be refunded minus a $20 Administration fee as follows:

• On or before October 31 - 75%
• From November 1 to November 30 - 50%
• From December 1 to December 31 - 25%
• No refund will be given after December 31 unless otherwise approved by the Board upon consideration of special circumstances.
• Players who are asked to leave the CDMHA by their conduct on or off the ice will receive no refund.
• Refunds can be obtained upon the return of any equipment belonging to the CDMHA in the same condition that it was issued.
