2024-2025 GCMHA Falcons Team Registration

If your child has been selected for a GCMHA AA, A, BB or C Team - payments must be made by the due dates or your child will be suspended from play until payment is received with a $ 25 per week late fee, or arrangements has been made with bookkeeper@gcmha.ca

Registration Payments will be received by cash, credit card (through the HCR- if your childs last name is different then the credit card you are paying with please email Kim Bouvier bookkeeper@gcmha.ca with child's name, division, and last name on credit card), cheques (cheques made payable to "GCMHA - all post dated cheques must be dropped off at first team meeting at the GCMHA Office"), e-transfer (payments@gcmha.ca include childs name and team in the memo/note selection) by the first team meeting.

All NSF cheques will be subject to a $ 50 Admin Fee. All late payments will be subject to a $ 25 per week late fee.
