Soccer Galaxie 2024

I agree to pay the registration fee before the first match.

The Galaxie club will have to pay the affiliation fees of the registered player to  Soccer Canada, Soccer Quebec and Soccer Estrie. Membership fees paid to those association will not be refunded.

Reimbursement requests must be sent to the club by email at this address: soccerlacmegantic@hotmail.com It is important to complete the refund request form. The request will be sent to the administrative committee to inform them of the request and so, thereafter , if applicable, the refund will be made within 3 to 4 weeks.

Refund calendar:

From February 5 to march 5th : 75 % refund

From March 5 to May 5th : 50 % 

After May 5th: No refund
