The Galaxie club will have to pay the affiliation fees of the registered player to&nbsp; Soccer Canada, Soccer Quebec and Soccer Estrie. Membership fees paid to those association will not be refunded.
Reimbursement requests must be sent to the club by email at this address: soccerlacmegantic@hotmail.com It is important to complete the refund request form. The request will be sent to the administrative committee to inform them of the request and so, thereafter , if applicable, the refund will be made within 3 to 4 weeks.
Refund calendar:
From February 5 to march 5th : 75 % refund
From March 5 to May 5th : 50 %&nbsp;
After May 5th: No refund
