REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be issued after a written request (email accepted) is received and subject to the following:
<ul>
<li>FULL refund, less $75.00 administration fee, for requests submitted prior to the start of the season</li>
<li>From the start of the season to November 30th, a prorated return from the date of request, less the $75.00 administration fee, and less any application non-refundable insurance/participant fees, if the player has been rostered to a team</li>
<li>NO refunds will be processed after December 1st</li>
<li>Refunds will not be processed for games/practices lost due to injuries and/or illnesses OR suspensions/removal from play by the OMHA or GMHA</li>
</ul>
Please allow 3-4 weeks for refunds to be processed.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN
Any missed installment payment(s) will incur an administration fee of $75.00 per missed payment.
