SWEMBA White Sox Refund Policy

• SWEMBA will offer a full refund prior to House Assessments for house players, not including processing fees
• After House Assessments - a 50% refund will be made, not including the processing fees
• After Team Formation, SWEMBA will not issue a refund.
• AA tryouts - no refund
• In case of injury or illness that occurs prior to the first day of the season, full refunds will be granted when accompanied by a medical note.
• If the original payment was by credit card, refunds will be credited to the card used for the original payment. If it was paid via e-transfer, an etransfer will be issued.
