CASE Competitive Registration

With this registration I understand that I am registering with the CASE Hockey in order to tryout with a competitive association.  This includes but is not limited to the Ottawa Sting MHA and Ottawa Junior 67's AAA HC.  I understand that I have to register with the Competitive Association separately from this registration.

This registration is only a place holder with CASE Hockey and no fees are being collected.  I understand that I cannot participate in CASE Player Evaluations until after I have been released by a Competitive Team or formally withdraw.  I understand I will have to register with CASE Hockey through the House League portal and pay the appropriate fees before participating in CASE Player Evaluations.
