PAMHA 2024 Online Payment Terms and Conditions

All Payments for PAMHA Player Registration will be collected online through HCR Registration.

2024/2025 REGISTRATION FEES for U7, U9, U11 and U13

AA Registration will close on August 31st, 2024.

A Registration will close at the end of September.

For the 2024/2025 Season, Divisions by Birth Year are:

  • U7 birth year 2018, 2019 and 2020
  • U9 birth year 2016 and 2017
  • U11 birth year 2014 and 2015
  • U13 birth year 2012 and 2013

U9, U11A, U11AA, U13A and U13AA Team Fees

After teams are formed, teams fees will be collected by each team.  Team fees are needed for specific team costs such as Practice Ice, Tournament/Jamboree Entry Fees, Apparel, etc.  The fee amount will vary from team to team depending on the season plan and fundraising.  Please see the waiver regarding team fees when registering.

Selecting an Arena for U7 or U9

U7 and U9 will be offered at multiple arenas.  When registering for U7 or U9, there will be a questionnaire to select your Preferred Location.  We intend to accommodate as many players as possible with their preferred location.  However, please be advised that players may be asked to participate at a different arena if capacity is reached at the preferred arena and additional times cannot be offered.  If players are asked to move, registration date and time will be a factor in determining which players could be asked to move.  Please register early to ensure you can participate at your preferred location.

The day of the week and times at each arena for U7 and U9 will be communicated once our Winter Ice Allocation is confirmed in late August or early September.  Until that time, we can offer information on the day of the week and time based on ice allocation in previous seasons.  There is no guarantee our allocation is identical each year, however the times allocated are similar each year.

PAMHA 2024/2025 Season Refund Policy for U9 to U13:

Should a registration need to be cancelled the following refund policy will be in effect:

  • Registration Cancelled before Player Participates in any Skates - $30 Administration Fee Retained and remainder will be refunded.
  • Registration Cancelled during Evaluation Skates: $30 PAMHA Administration Fee Retained plus $10 per skate attended, remainder will be refunded.

PAMHA 2024/2025 Season Refund Policy for U7:

Full refund may be requested up to 21 days from the U7 Start Date (Start Date is TBD).  Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] Attn: Treasurer.

Refund requests after 21 days will be subject to a $30 PAMHA Administration Fee and pro-rated on a weekly basis to the end of the calendar year.  Refunds will not be approved after December 31st.  If a jersey has been assigned, it must be returned before a refund is provided.
