Payment Options : Payment can be made online using a credit card.  Registration can also be completed at our office.  Full payment is required at time of registration.  If applying for Kidsport or Jumpstart Funding, please contact or visit the office for help with registration.

Refund Policy

A Prorated Refund less a $50 Admin fee will be awarded to a participant that ceases playing hockey for a 4on4 Season due to injury, has a doctor’s note and is approved by the Board.

Teammate Request - Players may request one friend to be placed on the same team with.  The requested friend must also request the player back.  Please do not chain requests to achieve friend groups larger than 2.  Our program coordinator's objective is to ensure pairs of friends play together, while creating fair and balanced teams.  

Player accounts are required to be paid in full to participate in KMHA programs.
