I certify the information provided to be true and in consideration of the granting of this registration to me with the privileges incident thereto, and by registering I have become subject to the rules, regulations and decisions of Hockey Canada, it's Board of Directors, its Members and/or associations which may be restrictive in some areas such a movement from team to team, conduct etc. and I agree to abide by such rules, regulations and decisions of Hockey Canada, it's Board of Directors, its Members and/or associations.

Registration Refund Policy

3.8 Registration Refunds
a) Refunds will be granted according to the date the written application is
received by HBMHA at a pro-rated amount based on the following dates:
For kids registered in U8 or older
Before First date of Tryouts = 100%
Before October 1st = 75%
Before November 1st = 50%
For kids registered for U7 (preschool & initiation)
Before October 31st = 100%
Before November 30th = 75%
Before December 31th =50%
b) No refunds after December 1
st with the exception of Preschool and Initiation
c) Payment Plan options are available as needed.
d) No late charges will be refunded.
