Howick Minor Hockey Registration 2024-2025

Thank you to the Howick Optimist Club for their continued support of $40 per every registered player with HMH.

Payment options

1) Registration plus fundraising in one payment – e-transfer or postdated cheque September 01, 2024

2) Registration plus fundraising in two payments – e-transfer or postdated cheque September 01, 2024 (50%), November 1, 2024 (50%) 

3) Family rate $1250 max registration plus $400 max fundraising in two payments – e-transfer or postdated cheque September 1, 2024 (50%), November 1, 2024 (50%) 

First year players: U5, U7, U8 no registration fee, U9 and above half price, full fundraising fee required and a copy of new players birth certificate required.

Registration Refunds

For HMH Player refunds there will be 10% deducted from the registration cost per week until Dec 1st (No Refund to be issued after Dec 1st).
