2024-2025 Cayuga Minor Hockey - Head Start Registration

All Hockey Canada, OHF, OMHA, CDMHA and Haldimand County rules and conditions must be adhered to by all players and parents.

All registration payments must be paid in full prior to participation.

Payments can be made by:

• Credit card at the time of online registration OR
• E-transfer to [email protected] – use “Cayuga” for security question answer. **Be sure to include Player name(s) and their Division(s) in the comments box.

Head Start Players must wear full hockey equipment: helmet with cage, shoulder pads, neck guard, elbow pads, hockey pants, shin pads, skates, gloves & stick (mouthguards are optional).
