ALL payments must be made prior to the participant's first on-ice session. No participant will be allowed on the ice until full payment is received.

We will not be accepting any other form of payment for the Player Evaluation Pass purchases.

PLAYER EVALUATION - REFUND POLICY

For all Player Evaluations, there will be no refunds issued. Please note, that by purchasing your Player Evaluation Pass, you agree and understand that no refund will be issued for any reason.
