<p>Refund Policy. Please note that all refunds will be made by check or transfer. You must make the request by email to the address registraire.fcdesvallees@gmail.com In addition, the club reserves the right to suspend the passport of the athlete who has a debt to the club. Please note that there is a delay of one to two weeks for reimbursement. Also, a credit can be issued in place of the refund for subsequent registration in another program. ● No full or partial refund will be accepted from July 15 of the current season, as the club is unable to replace the athlete. This is a rule of the Quebec Soccer Federation. ● The club will not take back any uniform, even if it still has the original label or packaging. ● Uniform = $40 ● Deducted fees for past weeks are not refundable under any circumstances, even if the child could not be present. ● The date of receipt of the form by the FC des Vall&eacute;es will determine the fees that will be deducted from the registration fees paid and the weeks elapsed. ● Full refund, if the club cancels a team. The non-refundable fees are as follows: ● Administration fees: $20 ● Quebec Soccer Federation affiliation fees = U4 to U18: $63 ● Uniform: $40</p>
