2024/2025 Registration

Multi-Player Discount

• Families with 3+ children enrolled with CWMHA will be eligible for a discount of $250 after the second fully paid registration.  This discount must be selected at registration time and all children registered in the same transaction.

Payment

• Payment will be accepted by cash, e-transfer and credit card. 
• Credit card payments will have a surcharge of 2.9% + $0.25 for every transaction.  This is calculated through SportsPay, and the surcharge is not decided by the association and is non-refundable.  Please refer to SportsPay for more information regarding the surcharge.
• E-transfers should be sent to [email protected]
• You will not need a password to e-transfer unless you bank with a credit union or Manulife, in which case please use the password hockey.
• Players must be registered and paid in full before participation in any tryout, practice or game. 
• A player with an outstanding fee from a prior season cannot register until all outstanding fees from previous seasons are paid in full.

Refund Policy

Refunds for any player withdrawing from CWMHA may be granted according to the date the written application is received by the registrar and in the amount as follows:

• Refunds requested up until the end of September - 90%
• Refunds requested from Oct 1 - Oct 31: 75%
• Refunds requested from Nov 1 - Nov 30: 60%
• Refunds requested from Dec 1-Dec 31: 40%
• No refunds will be processed after Dec 31st of each season.
