I will abide by all policies and protocols (including Respect in Sport, Gender Identity & Expression training, Rowan's Law, and any City Arena policies) set forth by the Burlington City Rep Hockey Club for all participants, parents, and officials and that all information given is true to the best of my knowledge.  I understand no refunds will be issued for tryout registrations.
