Player's who have outstanding registration fees from previous season will not be registered.
Player's who have missing jerseys from previous season may result in player being ineligible to registers for this upcoming season.
Refunds will be reviewed individually and are subject to:&nbsp; $60.00 non-refundable administration fee&nbsp; -&nbsp; &nbsp;Pro-rating for time remaning in season&nbsp; &nbsp;-&nbsp; &nbsp;Application must be requested within 14 days of the last ice time by email to registrar@fsjminorhockey.ca&nbsp; &nbsp;-&nbsp; &nbsp;If a player is injured for the season and cannot return to play for the remainder of the season, he/she may apply for a refund and may not be charged the administration fee.
Any player released due to disciplinary reasons shall not receive a refund.
