1.1 All refund requests will be submitted in writing to the WRFHZ Registrar and Treasurer.

1.2 Refunds will be processed when your account is in good standing (i.e. all cheques have cleared, any outstanding balances, all children paid). 
1.3 The following schedule of refunds can be expected; Date requested Expected return Oct 1st - 31st 90% of Registration fees less $60 admin fee Nov 1st - 30th 60% of Registration fees less $60 admin fee Dec 1st - 31st 30% of Registration fees less $60 admin fee After Dec 31st No refunds 
1.4 Players who register and choose not to play hockey are subject to a non refundable $60.00 admin fee. 
1.5 WRFHZ reserve the right to handle extraordinary requests on a case-by-case basis.
