Summer 2025 refund policy

No refunds will be given for missed sessions, we will reschedule lost sessions when possible

If the Club cannot form a team in a category, the registration fees will be refunded in full.

The $25 administration fee is non-refundable*.

Affiliation administrative fees* will not be reimbursed $60 (Soccer Canada $13, Soccer Québec $7.07, ARS Lac St Louis $22.23, FC 3Lacs $15.70).

Registration platform fees are never refundable*.

For all reimbursement requests, the Club will retain, in addition to affiliation administrative fees, a fixed equipment cost of $45 per player, for all activities started.

 

For all programs starting in April 2025:

For refund requests received before May 10, 2025, the refund will be made less administration, affiliation and platform fees.

Reimbursement requests received after May 10, 2025 will be granted in proportion to the activities initiated, less non-refundable fees*.

No refund requests will be granted after June 10, 2025.

 

For all programs starting in May 2025:

For refund requests received before June 10, 2025, the refund will be made less administration, affiliation and platform fees.

Reimbursement requests received after June 10, 2025 will be granted in proportion to the activities initiated, less non-refundable fees*.

No refund requests will be granted after July 15, 2025.

 

For all programs starting in June 2025:

For refund requests received before July 15, 2025 the refund will be made less administration, affiliation and platform fees.

Reimbursement requests received after July 15, 2025 will be granted in proportion to the activities initiated, less non-refundable fees*.

No refund requests will be granted after August 15th, 2025.

 

Reimbursement for injury or exceptional cases:

Any injury reimbursement request must contain a valid doctor's note stating that the player is unable to participate in the program, including the dates for which the player cannot participate in a sport.

Any request for reimbursement for an exceptional case will be studied by the General Management of FC 3Lacs.

It is at the discretion of the club to judge whether the refund is an exceptional case.

 

Credit card payments will be refunded to the card used through the Spordle platform.

 

There is no refund for course cancellation due to bad weather conditions.

 

The club is not responsible for any monies paid directly to any team, coach or official and will not be obliged to make any such refund.

 

*Affiliation fees: $60 which is payable once a year and non-refundable.
