In order to receive a refund for the current season, you must request it by email to [email protected]. Refunds will be made according to the payment method. If payment was made by credit card, FCV will make the refund to your card. In the case of a payment agreement or bank transfer, payment will be made by check. For reimbursements by check, there is a possible delay of two weeks before reimbursement. Please note that the association reserves the right to suspend the passport of a player who owes a debt to the club. No full refund can be applied from July 18th for the summer season in accordance with the regulations of the Quebec Soccer Federation. For refunds during the season, the refund is made in proportion to the current season. The club will not take back any uniforms. The $40 fee will therefore not be refundable under any circumstances even if it still has the original label or packaging. If registration is canceled before the official start of the LRASO and CDSO season, an administrative fee of $20 will be withheld from your refund. After the opening of the season, an additional fee of $70 will be retained to follow the disbursement of Outaouais soccer, soccer Quebec and soccer Canada association fees. The amount deducted will therefore be $83 plus $40 for the uniform if necessary depending on the player's category. In the event that FCV must cancel a team, the refund will be full including the refund of the uniform.
