Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in the program information bulletin/registration package, refunds will be processed as below:

REGISTRATION FEES:

REFUNDS OF PLAYER REGISTRATION FEES PRIOR TO AUGUST 15 - Players who withdraw from EFHA prior to August 15th may apply for a refund of 100% of fees minus the Administration Fee. 

REFUNDS FROM AUGUST 15-AUGUST 30- Players who withdraw from EFHA prior to August 30 but on or after August 15 may apply for a refund of 50% of fees minus the Administration Fees.

REFUNDS ON OR AFTER AUGUST 30- Players who withdraw from EFHA on or after August 30 will be ineligible for a refund.

CAMPS: A refund, less an administrative fee of $50 will be issued if the cancelation request for a  camp/program is received up to 48 hours prior to the first session (72 hours if the camp/program is slated to run on a Monday that is a Statutory Holiday) Refunds for a camp/program will not be issued for requests received less than 48 hours from the start (72 hours if the camp/program is slated to run on a Monday that is a Statutory Holiday)

TRYOUT FEES: Once registered there will be no refunds. 

Injuries/Medical Reasons: Refund requests must be accompanied by a medical certificate from a Medical Doctor
